1. Agreement

By purchasing or downloading Signal Brief Kit (“the Product”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. Digital product

The Product is a digital download (templates, samples, and documentation). Delivery is electronic. You are responsible for having compatible software to open Markdown and CSV files.

3. License

Upon valid purchase you receive a license as described in LICENSE-BUYER.txt included in the ZIP:

You may use and adapt templates for personal and internal commercial work.
You may not resell or redistribute the kit as a competing template pack.
You may not claim affiliation with the seller, Anyway, or companies named in samples.

Your own filled-in content remains yours. Template structure and sample text remain the seller’s intellectual property.

4. No investment or professional advice

The Product is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Samples are illustrative. Nothing in the Product is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to take any particular business action. You must verify public sources yourself and obtain professional advice where appropriate.

5. Intellectual property

All Product materials are protected by applicable IP laws. Unauthorized redistribution of the kit files is prohibited.

6. Payments

Checkout may be processed by a third-party merchant-of-record or payment provider (e.g. Anyway or another processor you configure). Their terms apply to payment processing. The seller does not store your full card number on seller-operated servers.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability of download links.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product, including decisions you make after reading templates or samples.
