Refund Policy

Digital goods

Signal Brief Kit is a digital download. Because files can be copied immediately, refunds are limited as follows.

14-day refund — defective or unusable files

Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund if:

• The ZIP is corrupt or will not open; or
• Critical files listed on the product page are missing; or
• The download link never worked and support could not provide a working copy.

We may ask for your order email, order ID, and a short description of the problem. We may first offer a re-send or replacement file.

When refunds are not available

• You simply changed your mind after a successful download of usable files that match the product description.
• You already made substantial use of the templates (e.g. produced client deliverables from them) and the content was as described.
• You expected personalized research, live market data, or investment advice — those are not part of this SKU.
• Samples were labeled illustrative and you treated them as live verified data.

How to request

Email scottming29@gmail.com with:

• Subject: Refund request — Signal Brief Kit
• Order email / order ID
• Purchase date
• Reason (corrupt file, missing file, link failure, etc.)

We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment channel where possible.
